29.2 Oral Medicines Some oral medicines require combining different ingredients together. Others do not. The following medicines are simple and can be purchased in the local market.

Abbreviation:

1. Animal: To which animal the drug is given.

2. Dosage: How much to give for a particular species, and how often to give it.

3. How: How to prepare the drugs, e.g. with water, drenching, with food, etc.
