20.3.2 Removal of worms from the eye  Dilute a sterile local anesthetic with distilled water to make about a 0.5% solution and squirt several ml into the eye. Then wait several minutes and flush the eye out with distilled water. The worms should be washed out with the distilled water. See page 86.
